Is there such an animal ? One that matches the one on the drivers door ? I know it wouldn't be toggled. (remote)
Anyone have one or know where to get one ?

    Thanks AL

There were two different factory mirrors available for the 67 Barracuda. Both were manual, one matched the remote mirror the other matched the manual one. The factory mounting was the same as the driver door.

The 67 right had mirrors are useless in any position and will not be usable as you are use to with today's cars.

Our pass side matches the drivers side, and yep it's useless lol. Dad put a convex stick on mirror on it.....didnt help much.
@DesertRat What mirror is that? Looks different but good!

100% agree there. They look good but you don't see much.

Do you have a remote control on the drivers side? If not you need one like Desert Rat posted.

I bought a right hand remote from Slant6Dan. It came off a right hand drive car. Never did install it. I think there are some long cabled remotes for C bodies. The control is on the dash somewhere. Never saw one but heard about them. It would be handy.

Yes the one I have on the driver side is remote. Matches the one in the link in post 4 from VANs

I did this in my 67 fish. The long cable came from right mirror of 87 Gran Fury. The RHD mirror doesn't have the deeper bowl or enough adjustment to serve on LHD, so parts of 3 mirrors used to build the one. Controller is beside ignition switch in matching bezel.
Only pic handy that sort of shows it.

Classic Industries part #2802710. I found my invoice. I put it on mostly for looks but when I drive it to work, I back it in to my assigned slot and I installed it to help me with that as well. I haven't had time to work on my car so its still up on blocks waiting for the dual exhaust tip modification and the cutting of the rear roll panel to accommodate the larger SS tips.

The drivers side mirror is useless too. Glad Plymouth put a giant window in the back with no blind spots.

The tiny brass things on the ends of these cable are called ferrules like those for tubing. They are no fun to remove from the controller, etc... There were 2 different sizes of them used on ends behind the mirror glasses also. Cables need to be in correct positions on the controller. Cables are color marked/coded but its weak (ink stain or something), hard to see.

Yes, those tabs that pinch behind the ferrules can be somewhat fragile if you're not careful-

Oops, hit wrong button. I just find it interesting the blend of parts you used to come up with your finished mirror. Nice job!

Additional note of warning. I bought repop passenger side mirror from Year One about 1996. I don't know if the sourcing of the repops has improved since then. In just a year it looked like it had been out in the weather for 30 years. But the original 30 year old drivers side mirror still looked good - and still does today.
