Its the large front header piece that top vinyl glues to in front on the top

There is a thread about 68 B'cuda vert being parted. The sheet metal skin on that header being rusted at the ends/corners is typical though. Good hunting

TY...any good repair options? may and try and re-fab it with some plate stock...
