Is a guy here on FABO who used to work for a supplier to Chrysler making speakers in the Seattle area. He helped me out doing a superb job. He might see this thread.
There are re-coners on the internet.
Watvch that they use an 8 ohm voice coil
The 4 ohm coils can damage the output transistor / amp from what I have read.
I had a local guy here in Colorado do one for me. I specified 8 ohm. He used 4 ohm.
He redid it on his dime but I was not impressed with his work.
Also there is a deep 4x10 cone and a shallow one. IIRC the deep one is the correct one

Btw if the speaker in the photo with the damaged top cloth is your actual speaker.
You might just want to replace the top cloth and use it as is.
