67 Off to the shop! Finally

Well i'm finally getting my 67 to the body shop. Hopefully I'll have it for next year.

Looks like you have a great project there. Good luck keep us posted on the progress we love pics.
 
Ok it's been a while since my last update on my 67. Came back from the shop unfinished as I lost my body man. I ended up having to put the drivetrain in before the body was finished but it's coming along nicely. The rear will be back in it before it goes so once its there everything will have to be masked off again and the glass pulled. Have to pack up the rims as well. Hopefully will be ready next year

Man I wish but a body man I am not. It needs blocked one or two more times then sprayed and I really don't have the tools to do it right so it's going out.
 
If I may, don't sell yourself short. A can of body filler and a sanding block is $30-40. Body work is pretty damn expensive last time I checked, plus your in a very close to finish stage. Economically, it's worth it to give it a shot, it just comes down to if you want to do it, how to do it is in alot of threads on this site and abroad... Its not voodoo, or black magic, just some sanding and sculpting. If it looks good it is good. Just saying. :D
