Saw a YouTubers video today where he uses a hood and grill from a 67 valiant . The fenders look like 70-72 duster fenders but I can't tell .

Anyone seen this ? Or know if that grill wiol go in a 70-72 duster ?

Yes fenders are same, grill and hood are swappable, seen people use 67-68 grill and with duster hood too.

I have put a 1969 Valiant Grille in a 70 Duster and Vice Versa
before and they fit fine. A 68 will not and I have not tried a 67 yet.

This guy put a 67 grill & hood on 73 a duster ( used 70-72 fenders . 69 I knew would fit as it's same front end as a 70/71 .

I’d planned on swapping the front clip from my 4dr 67 Valiant onto a 75 Duster that I had, but then I sold the Duster to buy back my first car, a 75 Scamp. I then thought about putting the 67 clip on the Scamp to make another version that was never offered in 67, but I’ve decided to leave the Scamp and 67 both as they are.

the 67 68 headlight location is different than 69 up so mods will be required to headlight location if not using the 67 68 fenders

After seeing I can confidently say I wouldn’t do it anyway. The 70 grille looks way nice. I kinda like the 69 grille in these cars too.

I like it but like the 67 more . Can the 67 drop in my 71 duster ? Or needs mods ? I don't want the 67 hood I'd want to keep my hood but put 67 grill in and the spacer in the middle

@diymirage: you let a cat walk on your car???
well, she aint supposed to
in fact, the way the house is set up, there is an upstairs garage with a kitty door, that she can go in and eat and do her kitty stuff in that garage, but as you can tell in that picture, there is a second smaller garage downstairs and the only thing thats in there is the duster

she musta just followed me down there that day, because that door is usually closed, and it doesnt have a kitty door

funny thing about that particular cat, is that it isnt even mine, it is her moms
well, i guess that means i inherited her

come to think of it, she is from your neck of the woods
back when we would spend our weekends in Fremont we used to attend Faith Baptist Church
we made some friends there and they gave her mom this cat when it was a still a little kitten

her mom named her and it was something foreign, if i remember it was little spark in spanish
but guess who got to run that cat to the vet when it needed to?

so when they asked me her name i didnt even bother to properly pronounce it, i just tossed something out that was an english word but sounded similar to the spanish one...so now whenever the vet calls me for her check ups, she calls me for "Cheese Pizza"

but in short, no she aint supposed to be on the car
but then again, at least i dont run around with goats on my car
