Yes. The replacement foam buns carry the same part number.

yes, I have 68 seats in my 69 dart, 69 covers went right on, seat foam is the same

I have a question about the frames. Are the 69' frames with headrests the same as 68' without? I hear you just remove the headrest, or are they actually different frames? Thanks.

Yes, they both have holes on top of seat back frame for headrests . I believe the B body seats are the same as well, but the tracks are obviously different
