Ihave a 1968 Valiant 100 225 steering pump went out And I cant seem to find one a even a rebuilt. only find 69 and up. Any suggestions on where to find them??

If you can identify which pump you have then https://www.steerandgear.com/ should be able to help you. They had the rebuild kit for my small TRW when I was still going to run the power steering system.

They also sell reman pumps. I think the service manual for 68 says 4 pumps were used that year.

I noticed there is no rebuild kit for the TRW small pump that my 68 Dart has.
