Does anyone make headers for a big block A body where you don’t have to cut the front fender wells since the car is in excellent shape and I don’t want to start cutting up fender wells if not any recommendations for a good set of aftermarket manifolds

Yes! I have a 67 barracuda 383 4 speed and eventually used a gusseted small block K, post '73 steering linkage and shims to get them to clear with no dings. I was pretty close with the BB K but had some other problems to solve so that was just the way it ended up. TTI....I believe other members have used Doug's?

Another vote for the TTI's They fit great, as long as you have manual steering. I used the 1 3/4 version, and they should be plenty big enough for a 383. The larger the primary pipes the tighter they get.
