What’s the difference

May be no difference in 69, but in 67 there is a difference, the center cap has a different insignia, I only brought it up because I saw a Plymouth on a Dodge and stands out like a sour thumb.

Perhaps I should have said "is there a difference between 69 Plymouth and 69 Dodge horn rings?"
