69 dart signal connector

Off my white connector from the streering column I have 2 wires missing. I was wondering if anyone knows where the connect to. On the diagram it's pin 4&5. The black end is from the harness

4 is H3-18BK is the horn button

5 is E2 (A or B two wires)-O (orange) and would be for column shift lighted indicator Any orange is dimmer controlled instrument lamps
