'71 Dart Rear Bumper ?s

I want to replace the bumpers on my '71 Dart GT (Swinger) with fiberglass pieces from AAR (I want to paint match them with the body & keep originals intact).
The front bumper looks like it is a remove & replace operation.
However, since the rear bumper also surrounds the tail lamps, is it also a remove and replace. Do the tail lamps mount to the rear bumper or to the vehicle's body?
Has anyone used AAR's rear bumper on a '71? Has anyone done this? Does anyone have a clue?
