Anyone know how to get the heater blower motor out. I am pretty sure since this is a factory AC car that you just remove the 3 main bolds, disconnect the wire harness, and remove the 3 sheet metal screws around the ring in the engine bay side firewall. The ring will not budge. After it would not move, I spun the 3 isolator bushings out but now they will not thread back in. I never heard a nut or anything drop so I am totally confused. Do I need to pull the heater box out from under the dash for access? I am pulling it for a full rebuild anyway.
