73 Duster front seat belts for bucket seats

hi Can I put later seatbelt system say from a 74 and up Duster or volare that is a retractable shoulder belt. Reason is they are alot more comfortable that the fixed shoulder in the 73 and under.
Any good aftermarket you think? or OEM?

You likely can, but be warned the dual retractor's are a pain as one of them locks up while trying to get the belt on. It's a constant struggle.

Or is it easier (Less Mods) to put in a seatbelt from 75-76 or any other late 70's early 80's cars?

Well I'm wondering what to do for belts as well for my 68 GTS. I'd like a 3 point, but may have to settle for a 2 point. My restorer did 3 points from CI in a 69 Roadrunner and the retractor got in the way of moving the seat back moving. I owned a 69 Swinger in the day, and the upper belt stored over the door. It worked okay, but most of the time I just let the belt hang down.
