73 Duster Twister Bellhousing?

Recently picked up this pasture find in sw ND on 1/7. Originally a 318, 3 speed floor shift car. It was about 50 degrees that day and all the cowpies were thawing out. I haven't had that much manure on my boots since 1993 when I last milked cows. Back to the bellhousing question: did they use the same one for 3 and 4 speeds? Was planning on swapping to 4 speed. Make sure that you have the correct ball pivot at the bellhousing. '72 and up were different? Maybe it's there.
 

Looks like the bellcrank/Z-bar is still there, holding things up? Looks like your in for some fun!
