[WANTED] 8.25 /suregrip needed

Hey guys I have a 1972 Dodge Dart, i'm going to wrote hills zip tie drag racing event and I'd like to have a sure grip or even a locker for the event. I'm not sure what spline axles I have probably 27s. the rear end is original to the car.

It feels like about a 3.23 or something around there. I still have to drive from La to Tucson. Thanks for the response

Just fyi there is a carrier break around 2.45 and higher and it is a totally different unit the way the ring gear sits, just fyi I did it by accident. Look up 8,25 thread and my user name plenty of info in it with part numbers.

Don't discount the trak locs either way easier to rebuild just change the clutches usually.
