How do you stack photos with info between them?

I don't think I have ever done that. I would post the photos and then go back and edit the text between the attachments.

How do you stack photos with info between them?

Post the photos. Place your comment about the 1st photo above it. Then place your cursor at the bottom right corner of the first photo and hit enter a couple times to create the space to put in your comment. Rinse and repeat.
