These are 4 steel (not plastic) wheels for a push lawn mower. Size is 8 x 1.75 with 1 3/8 offset and 1/2 ball bearing. They were never used or even mounted on a mower. All 4 are boxed up and ready to ship. $20.00 plus the ride from Shelton, CT 06484.
