I bought a set of K-H brake stuff (calipers, pads, hardware, backing plates) from easpeed and when it showed up in a battered, retaped and banded priority mail box, 2 days late, I knew we had problems. More than half of the contents were gone. From what remained it was obvious each piece had been packed in a bubble wrap envelope and placed snugly in the box. The USPostal Service even put a tag on the box saying "WE'RE SORRY that your article was damaged in processing".

The good news is that easpeed, even though this was clearly not his fault, refunded my money promptly and apologized for the hassle. I look forward to helping him get his funds back from USPS (he was smart enough to insure the package!).

I just wanted to recognize easpeed as a stand up member of our community and thank him for making this as painless as possible.
