Here is a C body 8 3/4” axle cut down. It now measures 58 1/8” over-over drum to drum, one inch wider than a stock A body axle.
The spring pads are at the stock A body location, 43” center to center.
It has a 3.55 gear ratio, NON Sure Grip differential.
7260 pinion yoke.
Moser axle shafts with Mopar Performance sealed non adjustable bearings. It has the big 4 1/2” bolt circle.
New 15/16” wheel cylinders, brake drums and shoes.
It will need a brake hose from the body to the axle. Add oil and it is ready to run.
