I have a disassembled 8 3/4'' rear with 3.23 gears and a Sure Grip unit housed in a 741 case. Backlash on the unit was recently checked and is within factory specs. Unit is very tight. Axles are small bolt pattern (sbp-5x4''). Housing was just sand-blasted, primed and painted and never installed. Comes with 10 x 1 3/4'' brake backing plates. No brake line, shoes or drums included. I will add a 489 with 2.94 gears and an open differential. Can take additional pictures for those interested. Not looking to ship anywhere. Way too heavy and would significantly impact the price. This package would be ideal for someone in the tristate-area. $750.00 takes it all.
