That looks a lot like a guys car that I met at a gas station by my house, he had just finished it and this was only out on the street a few times. Nice ride for sure.

I saw the white 66 at the Nats years ago. This car got Scott (Pettybludart) started with his 66. He had to have one. He found one and it morphed into a cool drag strip terror.

Nice old school attitude stance, looks like a 70 with some great handy work on that 69 grill.
Is it just the wide wheels, or does it have a B-Body rear in it?

its a 71 with a 69 valiant grille (I always felt they were a better match to the tail lights, and it is pretty much a simple bolt on)
the rear is a stock A body rear (I think it came out of a 67 dart)
the rear wheels are old-school N50s on 14X10s (small bolt pattern)
they are not really my winter wheels, I normally run 275/70-15 drag radials on 15X8s (which actually fit inside the wheel wells)
but those tires are shot, so I put the old wheels back on so I can take the 15x8s in on black Friday or some new rubber
