Can some body post pictures of a 67 and up sway bar location. I bought an after market one and I cant seem to get it to fit
Dana, you are correct The 67 Barracuda fast back opened up a whole new styling que that remains timeless today.
Me, disrespect '67 A-bodies??? I don't think so...it's just not an early A-body...we've only got one A-body that isn't a '67...first two are gone, though. We're down to three in the family...
Jim when you have a chance can you shot us a few pic's of the stock sway bar location. I am in the middle of adding a stock sway bar to my 67 Barracuda. The LCA location I have figured out and will be using factory LCA's with sway bar mounts, it's the bushing location on the K frame I need help with. Thanks in advance. Sorry to hijack the thread.
I wasn't saying YOU were disrespecting the 67s, who ever equated the 67s with early As is who I wss poking. All in good fun!
Jim posted my pics above. The one with the k-member bushing is my '68 GTS. There is a similar bracket on the other side. I have never seen a '67-72 A-body that didn't have those holes drilled for the bolts. All three of our stock sway bars are hanging in my shop as all three cars are apart.
