A body Zee bar Qs

hi all

got a 67 barracuda i am converting from slant six 3 speed to V8 4 speed. i have the stock Zee bar from the slant six setup, i was wondering if the bar itself, and the down rod from the pedal to the Zee bar are the same from 6 to V8

Don't know the dimensions of a /6 z-bar but do have them for a sb v-8 if it helps.

a picture is definitely worth 10000 words LOL. everything looks the same as my /6 Zee bar but mine is 8" long instead of 7 like your V8 one. mine has the extra inch on the side that attaches to the tranny bellhousing. so i guess i will just cut off the extra inch and reinstall my old one.

The /6 z-bar is a little longer than the v8 ones.

exactly it's 1in difference on the bell housing side
