looking for pics on the A518 conversion into a dart, can Anyone give me specs on this conversion? How much the torsion bar crossmember needs to be notched? If I use the us car tool tranny crossmember, will I get the correct pinion angle? Any info would be great thanks!

Don't know try a search. There were a couple of threads on here, might have been A500 as opposed to A518, which involved cutting out the upper hump of the crossmember and substituting bent flat bar to gain room. I was under the impression that the 518 required some floor cutting as well

By that I mean properly tucking it up in so as to get the centerline of the engine/ trans correct again
