Do small block 727s Abodys have the same floor shift linkage as a big block ebody? Can't get the shift indicator to line up correctly.

Pretty much everything is different. I don't have a picture of the two together, maybe someone does.

It's not even close.
I've seen pics of them made to work, but it takes more than "a bit" of fabbing and modding to do it.

If your putting in a big block 727 in where a sb 727 was then yes the car linkage will work in either body style. It’s the lever on the tranny that may be different then just swap the levers from one trans to the other trans. I have a Cuda slap stick in my race car. Kim

I did some investigating on Year One and they have different part numbers, so pretty sure if I change it everything should line up. Thanks everyone!
Show us what you’re trying to do. Are u trying to mix and match from both body styles into an A or E body?

Nope. Currently using ebody linkage, works but indicator on console does not line up. Want correct abody linkage for 340 and 727. No mix or match, just correct linkage for abody. I have posted on WANT TO BUY for a correct set.
