Actually, that chart is missing the standard 2bbl V8 bar size: Diameter .850, rate 101#, PN 2071624 (R), 207165 (L). I am looking at a chart of the OEM bars — I suspect the chart Bogie posted shows Mopar Performance parts. The spring rates on this chart are higher than the factory ratings for the same size bars, though I wouldn't worry too much about that.
 
You can also find .87 bars on later 318 A bodies with AC. Nice starting point with a front sway bar, especially an Early A.

Yup, my '71 Dart GT and the '74 Swinger parts car I had both had 318's with AC, both had .87" "340" bars

And the descriptions are outdated as much as B&W TV's are...

Yeah exactly! I wouldn't put anything less than 1" on a car that was going to see street duty, they call that a "solo and road racing" bar. Yeah right! :rofl:

I run 1.12" bars on my Duster and while it was set up for autoX it does just fine as a daily driver.
