Accelerator pump cam

I have a 360 with some mild mods running a 770 holley just wondering what would be the best pump cam for some initial juice? 29cc pump headers mild cam. timing at 20 initial 36 total. Stock 770 street avenger.

are you getting a bog or hesitation now?.....if not...you might have the best one as it is..

Im getting a bog tried diffrent squirters didnt make hardly any diff I started with a 25 and went up a little at a time to 35 thought ide look into cams just not getting it off idle.

is the pump adjusted correctly....does it squirt gas as soon as you move the throttle..

holley adjustment procedure is to check clearance between the pump lever and pump at wide open throttle and have .015 clearance so the pump does not bottom out at full throttle.

Ive done that it seams its just lacking more fuel.

there is a pump cam kit....and there used to be a chart that shows how much they each pumped.

It has orange cam in now when I manually pull throttle it has about 1/4 inch of travel before squirter does its job im guessing thats my problem. If I back off nut I lose my 15 thous clearance.

i think the .015 is the minimum ....they just dont want the pump to get bottomed out..

like i said..the pump needs to squirt as soon as you move the throttle....

Im gonna try blue cam and will re adjust tomorrow I watched the video several times It looks easy on there.
