I would like to put power steering in my 1967 Barracuda and have the steering unit and pump; apparently the manual steering column is longer than the power steering column. I don't want customize the one I have and since I need to get another steering column anyway, then I'd like an adjustible one with column shift for auto trans.
What year and model A bodies would have a steering column that would fit?
I will be at Carlise Friday October 2 if anyone's selling one, prefer black if possible.
Also looking for A body bench seat with headrests in black and a pulley with bracket for the Saginaw style that would mount on a 340.
If anyone would like to swap please let me know, I have a 68 Dart bench seat and a manual steering box to sell or trade.
