See this all the time over the web. Its so simple to filter anything one does not want. Some of the old folks reject tech and as the years pass they are more in the dark. Might ask a grandkid for help.

I use these simple things and only ever see what I want to see. If one wants to go further you can use DDWRT firmware in an old router and have more control Im on a 20MB/10MB clean connection that will smoke a std 200/100 simply because I kill all the background traffic.

But this combo on firefox puts a lot of control in your hands.

This is all I see unless I want to see more.
