Aftermarket shifter in factory console

Hey folks, has anyone successfully incorporated an aftermarket shifter with stops between forward gears in not only the factory console but the factory shifter opening (so it would still use the factory PRND12 callouts). If so, which shifter(s) have worked and let’s see some pics! Attached photo for reference of factory console Even tho we all know what they look like.

B&M Quicksilver installed by previous owner. Note that the indicator and shifter are reversed.
