I found a shop in the neighborhood that sandblasts using a powdery type sand. He then immediately protects the fresh metal with some kind of
Alkyd modified paint (oyster white). The label and brand is in Spanish, so I don't know what it is exactly. Anybody know about this stuff? Thank you.
The brand of paint is "Prisa ProMetal": Here is a web page showing the item:
