Before I re-install the front bumper on the '65 Formula S, I thought I had better inquire about the purpose of these last two empty holes in the center/top of the front valance. Anything attach here? Thank you.

The grille is already installed way above the area of the two holes.

Yeah, noticed that after I posted. My 65 Valiant has the same holes. Now I want to know what goes there too
. I’m filling that section in so I hope they aren’t needed.

That's where you mount those goofy blue aftermarket fog lamps that you can get in the bling section of your local Autozone.

IIRC, these might be "pin points" from the manufacturing process, simply there to set the piece while it was being made
