I'm in need of some detail restoration information please.
I have a 1970 340 Swinger and I want to begin painting trim brackets and other items as soon as I get them back from glass beading. The car has a black interior bucket seat - console setup.
It's a numbers car and I'd like to get is as close as I can to looking original.
The information I need is what color, tint and paint choices are correct and good to finish the parts listed below.
Thank you in advance:
I have heard of SEM Trim? Would you use Rustoleum? Primer? Etc
What products have worked for you and what tint?
1. Engine brackets, pulleys , alternator brackets, engine fan
2. Dual Hood Scoop Air Cleaner - Base and Top - Crinkled
3. Interior Trim Moldings that attach over the edge of the headliner
4. Seat Tracks
5. Dash Board Frame - I heard textured rustoleum black?
