Jack, judging by the wording on the web site I suspect this is a Chinese start up company selling certain products direct for themselves. The trend lately is for the Chinese to enter into a production contract with a stateside company making engine parts usually with the US companies tooling and machines. After they learn the ins and outs of say forging rods they will copy all the equipment and machinery and start making products to sell direct around the globe. The labor costs are negligable and there's no R&D expenses and us Americans always looking for a good deal usually are willing customers. How about quality? Probably not any worse that the imported "brand names" we're used to here. My day job has taught me well regarding the Chinese. Sport
