I'm replacing the cam and lifters in my 360. Was going to go with a Comp cam XE series but then I ran accross the Doug Herbert line of cams which look interesting. Their price is quite a bit less than the Comp cams too which helps alot right now since I have several other items to buy too. Just wondering if anybody here ever ran one or is familiar with them. I know they've been around a long time.

Doug Herbert cams are ground by another cam grinder, he only grinds Rollers, now his Dad my grind them and send them to Doug be there rep's told me that they are ground by someone else. They are very good grinds thou, but when choosing a cam pick it by the rpm range and you wont be wrong. Just some food for thought.

I use a Doug Herbert 455/475 cam in my 360. Very happy with it, and people in my Mopar club have had very good luck with his cams.
