Anyone Around Texas for Glass install and some questions

Hey All,

I have the front windshield and rear windows out of my car. I have some questions for you all. First question is I bought the rebuild kits for pop out quarter windows. So I have the foam, weatherstripping and some felt strips. When the whole assembly goes in do you use any windshield sealant around the entire channel where the window goes back in. Or is that the foam?


Second is there anyone in Arlington, Fort Worth or anywhere near in Texas can help me put in glass? Thanks I appreciate everyone’s input.

After I moved to PA, I needed some rare glass removed, no one makes it.

I consulted with members of the local car car club & they gave me a name.

Great guys, came out & removed it, then after the body work was done & the car painted, they returned to re-install it.

The body work & paint took about a year & a half.

They did not bill me until the glass was back in.
