I semi sorta still dig DSM's

I personally built (2) one a 1995 GSX 5 speed, the other a 1998 GSX 5 speed.

I assisted on a GT4202R equipped 953hp 91' Eagle Talon TSI AWD build.

I lost intrest when I lost my awesome job, with awesome pay.

DSM's and 3KGTs/Stealths were light years ahead of their time, and still are by most manufacturers' standards...(omitting the new Nissan GTR)

The majority of this website can barely tune a carburetor much less a turbocharged multiport fuel injected engine with boost.

Never been a big fan of the mitsu, Loved my 02 GTR V-Spec 2 Nur edition built with a 1000 at the wheels with a spare N1 Block being built for 1500+hp, but I sold it and made a huge profit for that car :twisted: I do miss though!
 
i have owned over 80 dsms' ranging from baseline to awd, stock to 700 h.p, from factory colors to wild and crazy.

i just sold recently a 95 awd eclipse with over 10k invested into the engine alone. not by me. i bought it that way from some young kid who gave up on it, for 1,200.00 fixed it and sold it needing a tune for 5k

today just picked up a 99 eclipse spyder. 2.4 manual. burnt wires under the hood. and if you know dsm', you know that if you do not use the battery hold down, it shorts out on the hood. paid 400.00 for it. got 300.00 in tickets today for my car trailer, and i redid the wires that were burnt. fired right up, and now need to clean it for a nice profit
 
going to look at a 96 3kgt in Virginia beach in on sunday hopefully. Need something to keep me driving while i work on the 71 dart since im prolly looking at 2 years of work till its finished. I also need to stop putting miles on my taxis, esp since some of my taxis are close to 300k.

yeah my stratus r/t had this problem. Most of that stuff is cake i think if you ve got the time to do your homework and read up on everything.

ever swapped a 6speed getrag awd onto a car with an auto? Thinking of doing this to the car im going to buy since these parts seem to be in good supply with everyone wrecking there cars these days.

it's got an EBC, gutted pre-cats, test pipe, and K&N.

Is it fast? Ask the guy with the new supercharged 5.0 Mustang I beat a couple weeks ago.*

Love the old eclipses but I dig the Starions/Conquests.. They look like lil space fighters to me. Saw one getting restored the other day looked good in black.
