Wondering if anyone recognized these wheels and could tell me what car the might have originally came on... they are on a 73 charger I just bought. The back has some truck all terrain tires... The wheels are 15" and aluminum. Couple are painted black and others just bare.

They look like Thunderbird wheels from the 70's or early 80's. JMO

yes i agree, i think they are ford wheels off an LTD or T bird from the late 70s or 80s or an aftermarket wheel of the same era

I just noticed that the backup light lenses are orange (unless some water got in there and rusted 'em up orange) Has this car ever been overseas? The only time I've seen backup lights converted over to turn signal lights were when I was stationed overseas in Japan, and that was a requirement to put American cars on their roads over there. You should check 'em out and see if they operate as turn signals or backup lights.

    Just curious.

yes they are ugly! might be worth the most as scrap aluminum...

don't know if the car has been overseas, just know it was built at lynch road plant and spent some of its life in tennessee until 2004

I'm having second thoughts Kim. Something looks different about them? Maybe they are Ford wheels?
