Are 73 and 74 heat/ac controls the same?

74 Plymouth Duster with AC. Will the Heat AC controls be the same as the 73 manual shows? My 74 isn't blowing any heat.

The vacuum circuit diagram on page 24-44 in the 1973 service manual is identical to the 1974 service manual.
Both years have the same vacuum hose harness and the three vacuum actuators under the dash.
