Are these calipers on correct?

Tell me this, ok, i am using the kelsey hayes 4 piston disk setup on my dart,,if i wanted to retain all of it but change only the calipers to single piston calipers, do any of these other calipers bolt on and go or would any other caliper require a spindle swap?
 
I just want to add, that when I went to the 2.75 bore caliper, I was running the 15/16 bore master cylinder. Could not get any pressure. I went to the 1 1/32 bore master, and instant brakes. Apparently, in my situation, the 15/16 master didn't move enough volume.
 
No, the single piston calipers don't work with anything K/Hs.

The K/H are a fine brake system.
If you did the job correctly, you should not have to worry about it for a few decades.
Perhaps buy the kits and pistons now, and put them away somewhere safe till needed.
