Looking for solutions from those who are or, have run tunnel rams with auto trans on the street. I'm running a 340 / 727 combo.
The issue I'm facing is trying to make the kickdown cable work with the throttle linkage.
I'm running Lokar cables for the throttle and trans. The problem is that the throttle has two - three times amount of travel than the kickdown.
I have been thinking of fabricating a spring type coupler between the throttle and trans.
Does anyone make these or, has anyone faced this same issue and came up with a solution?
