A few discussions on this topic recently. Means I was doing it to my car, I thought I'd make videos along the way. Sorry for the length, I try to keep them under 3 minutes but this one went over 5.
 
'65-'67 is a little narrower than '68-'70.
Correct. If you can get a 65-67 they would be the best fitment for a Duster/Demon. To be honest, I haven't done this swap to a Swinger/Scamp. I'm sure the offset to the wheel would be more crucial.

Yeah it's a perfect swap for a Duster/Demon, the flared quarters make the body the perfect width for this rear and standard old style wheels. I think Swingers/Valiants require some modern style positive offset wheels.
 
Just an update.… been driving it some, and the rear end is dead silent. Very happy with the green bearings thus far...…
