Yes they will. If there is any difference it would be subtle styling, but I doubt that as well.
 
67 I believe is unique in the adjustment at the bottom, also there is a screw that goes thru horizontally just below vent window.
Someone will post pics.
 
I put a 67 Dart frame in my 69 Dart and it did not seal well. I couldn't get it to adjust properly. The wind window handle is different too, but can be changed out.
