not sure if anyone would be interested. seemed like a good price at $19.99. i picked up two of them.

Not trying to start an argument, but this is also a good one for the price. I use these because they're weather proof and come with a bracket that lets the battery hold it in place for a semi permenant install. Once installed all you have to do plug in an extension cord.

So you add neg and pos wires to the battery and then the tender "plugs" into the new wires/battery when yer home??

Yes, exactly. That little plug hangs down (with a dust cap over it) near the end of the seat/start of the tail section.....not visible. My battery's I'm sure at least 3 or 4 years old. Love throwing a leg over that thing and having it fire right off......

I'm not sure I would want to permanently mount the charger itself, since that would limit its use to one vehicle. I have one like Joe referred to, it comes with a pigtail that you permanently mount to your battery. When you want to connect it, just plug it in. They sell extra pigtails to install on your other batteries... Just move the charger to another battery when desired. Why did you insist on starting this argument?
