I need to replace my drivers side floorpan. I see several options out there. Some 18 gauge some 19 gauge. (Not sure what the orignal OEM thickness was.)

Anyway, what's the best/worst manufacturer out there for floor pans?

Thanks,
Joe

I think AMD is the best.
The others aren't as good, but will do.
Actually, anything is better than a rust hole!
(Strength wise)

AMD makes the best stuff. It’s the most accurate to original and fits the best. It’s not always perfect, but it’s better than the other stuff out there.

I bought a floor pan piece off eBay that fit really nice there’s cheaper ones, which I tried, but wasn’t close to fitting correctly. I bought the pricier one (around $100) and it fit very well. Trunk floor and tail light panel I sourced from AMD.

I buy all my panels from these guys. autobodyspecilt.com they have early A floor pans, and more.

Put an amd complete floor pan in the 68 fit was perfect. No cutting or grinding

True. But you didn't specify that you were looking for a floor pan for a '65.
I bought an ebay floor pan. I t was close but not perfect. A little massaging as u weld , is no big deal !

Got mine from Auto Body Specialist. One size fits all A bodies but with trimming and fit, it went in my 66 Cuda well. JMO
