Pan arrived and looks great.

Don't have a block handy to mock it up on but I have a gasket and matches the holes perfectly.

I wanted to get one @ $220.00 shipped before they disappear!

No hurry to install it as I will wait to do an overhaul and put back in a cam grind closer to original. Least it's here for when the day comes!

Looks like MEGA is selling them as well for $ .01 less.

I would suspect that Hoffmans is offering them up to the retailers and they will soon be readily available from multiple sources and likely as packages!

Do you have an original pan to compare it with? Is the drain plug metric?

No on the original and they fixed the drain plug it is SAE.

I compared the repo pan to my original 893 pan. It is a near perfect match. I would almost say the new one is a touch thicker, which I consider a good thing. Other than that the three baffles are correct with some very slight variances and will never be seen once installed.

Are these pans a larger sump like the hemi pan? Or standard sump size? I always wanted to try the hemi pan.
