BO29 Car

So I've been talking to a guy who states he has a real BO29 car. I'm trying to get more info on the car and pictures. I'm just wondering what to look for to verify(obviously the vin.) Not sure if he's in the market to sell but I'm sure he'll want a pretty penny for it, but from what he tells me it's pretty rusty and needs some work. He's in California and the car is in Arkansas. Apparently he has the numbers matching Hemi for it and it's all there. I've been reading the forums and it seems like they talk more about cloning these cars. Any advice would help I appreciate it. I'll try to post more info as I get it.
