The car doesn’t look like it knows what it’s supposed do be, right now it’s a pro stock road racer **** box. lol
Huh?The car doesn’t look like it knows what it’s supposed do be, right now it’s a pro stock road racer **** box. lol
Next summer is the planwhen does it get it's street driven debut and car show?
Not sure how to respond to that. Obviously need the fab done before paint and body work. The car will be going to Bonneville. The scoop is less than ideal for all out speed, but its better than an open engine in the air.The car doesn’t look like it knows what it’s supposed do be, right now it’s a pro stock road racer **** box. lol
Or send pictures of your car halfway through the build process so we can call it a shitbox. The car doesn’t look like it knows what it’s supposed do be, right now it’s a pro stock road racer **** box. lol
That thing is bad-***! If that's a **** box, I wanna buy a few of emNot sure how to respond to that. Obviously need the fab done before paint and body work. The car will be going to Bonneville. The scoop is less than ideal for all out speed, but its better than an open engine in the air.
Please share your insight on how to make it better and less confused
I can only imagine how cool it’ll be screaming across the salt at 200mph.That thing is bad-***! If that's a **** box, I wanna buy a few of em
Will the scoop be taking in air as we see it from the front and the rest is for aero?Made a decision today. The scoop will be engine mounted and the hooded will be lift off around it like a pro stock

Yeah, me too. Lofty goalsI can only imagine how cool it’ll be screaming across the salt at 200mph.
For the first trip out, it will have the forward facing opening as seen, likely will have the actual inlet smaller. The rest is just air management, yes. It can be 11" high and if forward facing, then it can extend to within 1/2" of windshieldWill the scoop be taking in air as we see it from the front and the rest is for aero?
So, as for being just mocked up. Disclaimer. Chassis, suspension, drivetrain are all done and in. Chassis and interior are all painted. Only mock up is the hood scoop. The rest is getting refined and finished as I can health wise. Also remember, this is being raced on the most corrosive place on earth, it may get painted with a roller and/or brushes lolLook I realize it’s just mocked up, it struck me funny that it looks like the build is going in a few different directions. I’m sure once the old primer and bodywork is removed it will look better.View attachment 1716482194
Thank you Sir. It has come a long ways in 4 years, 60hr work weeks and 3 big surgeries. Hopefully WOS 2026Wow, I never saw that before picture!
It is "cozy'. I made the tunnel wider than I should have, but it is integrated into the frame and cage. Has double frame rails under driver and passenger seats as well.Good thing you are thin. My fat arse wouldn't fit between the tunnel and the door bars.
Maybe so, but that is one sturdy setup, lookin' awesome to Me!!!!It is "cozy'. I made the tunnel wider than I should have, but it is integrated into the frame and cage. Has double frame rails under driver and passenger seats as well.

It is hard to say at this time. It is still a long ways from healed up. BUT the risk of blood clots is removed. That is one of the biggest reasons for the right side being repaired before I know 100%. I truly believe it will be really good, with timeHas getting the left side done helped?
