Can anyone tell me what the cup and cone (bearings) part numbers are for the Borg Warner sure-Grip. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Can they be ordered at local parts store. I have not checke yet but most of the people don't even know what a sure-grip is or for that fact even bearings. Thanks

Yes, any of the big parts stores should have those Timken numbers in their system.

Don't suppose you know of anyone who may have the springs that hold the plates and gears in place? I am sure the ones I have are good but know way of telling. If I can't find any I will use the ones that I have. Thanks

He has springs and shim packages and told me how to machine the cones. He even told me what year my borg warner was 70-74. He is really a nice guy to talk to.
