anyone know why I would have no power to my brake light switch turn signals working good but no brakelights

As said above, check brake light switch. Brake lights are on a different fuse than turn signals, as I recall, so check your fuses.

The brake lights go through the turn signal switch, so step on the brakes and have an observer watch the lights while you wiggle the t/s switch. If they come on you have a bad t/s switch. If you have to replace it, buy the whole switch, not the cam. Cam is only good for broken off return tabs in my opinion.

Hemi powered 1928 Farmalls do not have brake lights, and neither do 1943 Supermarine Spitfires

To put this another way, what are we working on, here?

Year, make, model

You can download wiring diagrams and factory service manuals free from MyMopar.com

Some of the guys right here are responsible for them getting there

I have had the same issue : the connector on the (pink if I remember correctly) wire going to the pedal brake switch was loose and was easily disconnecting by itself from the switch while driving. I tightened the connector and the problem is history now. Maybe you have the same problem.

Mike- you just solved my problem! Several years ago the dome light on my '71 Newport quit working. I never drive it at night so I just never got around to replacing the bulb. I forgot about it. Several months ago I noticed my brake lights quit working. So, I replaced the stoplight switch- very long and unpleasant job. Still not working. It was demoralizing and I was dreading doing a troubleshoot. Then I saw this post of yours and thought "hmmmmm- never did check the fuse". In my 40 years of tinkering with Mopars I've never had a fuse burn out. So.....I checked the service manual and, unbelievably- the dome light and brake lights are on the same fuse! Popped that sucker out and sure enough- it was blown. Two problems solved in 30 seconds. Thanks man.
